The best data we have for Radiosurgery used to treat trigeminal neuralgia comes from the Gamma Knife experience. The recent data from the CyberKnife® experience shows a complication rate that is relatively high. For that reason at Baylor, we use the Gamma Knife device to treat trigeminal neuralgia.
