Transcript: Foods to incorporate into your diet
To achieve a diet that’s actually going to lessen pain and or actually help clear up some of the pain issues again you’re looking at organic foods that are homemade. That way you know what’s in them. You’re looking at things that are going to clear out pathways that have been overburdened with toxins. And getting the body to balance again. I know this is very difficult in our society because we’re asking people to buy more expensive food, to take more time in preparing that food but in the end really the cost savings is going to be there.
However, even in our food, we’re going to have to look at supplementing because it’s very difficult now to find food that has that nutrient compliment that was there even twenty or thirty years ago. So, when you’re looking into the world of supplementation, it’s going to be important to know then where you supplement because there is a whole world out there. And there’s been metabolic tests, functional tests that will tell you where the deficiencies are so you can target and put together a protocol that will compliment your diet and help relieve pain. These freedoms are at risk if we don’t look at some of the laws that are coming down the pike to keep our freedoms.
